New product is refundable once only when received fake item or item lost

Returns For Incorrect Item / Faulty Item / Damaged Item :

  1. Send us picture via email / whatsapp / sms to 018-220 2811, as reference. We will verify and proceed to the next steps!
  2. Return a new unit *subject to hardware issues (not covered if human damage by customers).
  3. Software issues will not entitle for exchange
* Courier Service fees will be covered
* have to be in completely new condition + all accessories in box.

Second hand / used product is refundable once only when received fake item or item lost

Warranty void does not cover if

  • Water damage(even waterproof)
  • Screen crack
  • Drop damage
  • lcd pressure damage
  • Been repaired by others third party technician
